I am a Research Economist at the Office of the Chief Economist, Latin America and the Caribbean of The World Bank and a member of DaTax, a lab studying taxes, firms, and jobs with micro data.
My work studies how tax systems, firms, and public policy shape economic activity in developing countries. I focus on tax administration, firm behavior, informality, entrepreneurship, and the use of administrative data for policy design.
